RETURN, EXCHANGE & CANCELLATION POLICY

At PineCraft International, we take great pride in our craftsmen and quality of our products. Our craftsmen make sure that all are products are manufactured with great design, finest quality materials. Prior to shipment, all of the products are inspected again to make sure of any defects and each order is shipped only after it passes our quality check. Upon receiving the order, we request you to inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage immediately.

RETURNS:

  • We offer no-questions asked returns. If you would like to return a product, we will charge a nominal 10% re-stocking fee.
  • Returns can be only request withing 24 hours of receiving the product. 
  • Products need to be returned using your own courier with original packing and all the labels attached – invoices, price tags, labels, etc.
  • It will take us 3-5 days to process your refund once the product reaches us in good condition.
  • It is advisable to pack return packets strongly and adequately – to make sure of any damage of products during transit.
  • The returned products are subject to verification and checks in order to determine the legitimacy of the return.
  • Any products returned in a damaged condition will not be refunded.

EXCHANGE:

  • If you received a damaged/defective/incorrect product get in touch with us withing 24 hours – by calling our helpline number or by email us – [email protected]
  • On receiving your request, we shall verify the authenticity and the nature of the complaint and if we are convinced that the complaint is genuine, we will immediately initiate the replacement process.
  •  Please notify PineCraft International of receipt of a damaged/defective/incorrect product within 24 hours of delivery to you. If you are unable to do so within 24 hours, PineCraft International shall not be held liable for the failure to replace the order.
  • The product should be unused and in original condition with original packing and all the labels attached – invoices, price tags, labels, etc.
  • We will arrange pickup for of the damaged/defective/incorrect product through our logistics partner and will notify you. If we are unable to do so, we will notify you regarding the same and you will be required to dispatch the product using a reputed courier in your respective area within one day from receipt of such notice. Courier freight charges will be reimbursed in such form as is determined by our logistics team.
  • It is advisable to pack return packets strongly and adequately – to make sure of any damage of products during transit.
  • The returned products are subject to verification and checks in order to determine the legitimacy of the return. In case the claim is not found to be legitimate, you will be required to bear the shipping cost for the product.
  • Once the product is received by PineCraft International, we will dispatch the replacement within 24 hours.

CANCELLATION:

  • An order cannot be cancelled once confirmed. You can only modify an order (with products of same or more value) within 24 hours provided the order has not shipped.
